Betrayal Trauma Therapist — Part-Time | Virtual + Some In-Person | Ontario

We are a growing, mission-driven therapy practice specializing in betrayal trauma and infidelity recovery. We're looking for a skilled, compassionate therapist to join our team — someone who brings both clinical excellence and genuine heart to this deeply meaningful work.

This role begins part-time, with the option to move into a full-time caseload if that's the right fit for you.

What You'll Do

- Provide trauma-informed individual and couples therapy to clients navigating infidelity and betrayal trauma
- Work primarily via teletherapy, with some in-person sessions required
- Support clients through disclosure, trust repair, and relational healing
- Optionally participate in group counselling programming

Required Qualifications

- Registered Psychologist or Registered Provisional Psychologist, or Registered Social Worker (MSW) registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)
- EFCT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy) training
- Formal trauma training (EMDR, ART, or equivalent)
- Comfort with teletherapy and electronic documentation

- Registration across multiple Canadian provinces (MSW an advantage here)
- Group counselling experience

Marketing and Caseload Support

You focus on the clinical work and we handle the rest. We provide consistent referrals, full marketing and systems support, and a professionally managed intake process so you can focus on what you do best.

Compensation: $100 to $210/hour depending on experience and caseload
