Equation Staffing is currently recruiting reliable and hardworking candidates to join our warehouse team for a client of ours in the SE of Calgary working in food production. These positions are ongoing temporary, casual and seasonal assignments.

- Day shifts and Afternoon Shifts available
- $15.85/ per hour (days) / $16.10/per horu (afternoons) - plus 4% vacation pay

What You’ll Do

- Load/unload product safely and efficiently
- Perform heavy lifting in a refrigerated environment
- Handle received product/Prepare items for shipment
- Production and Packing/Labelling
- Keep the warehouse clean, secure, and organized
- Work closely with team members to hit daily targets

What We’re Looking For

- Previous warehouse experience (Asset)
- Own vehicle (Asset)
- Attention to detail & commitment to safety




- Comfortable with fast-paced, physical work
- Physically capable - Standing all day, repetitive medium to heavy lifting

Additional to know: Working in a food environment

- Hair tied back/wear a hairnet
- No loose clothing allowed
- No false eyelashes or nails
- No nail polish
- No jewelry
- Steel toed Boots or Shoes MUST be worn at all times in facility

Pay: $15.85-$16.10 per hour

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
- Production Work: 1 year (preferred)
