$2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS available to qualified Senior Foreman candidates meeting the minimum experience requirements.

Complete Utility Contractors is looking for experienced civil underground utility professionals to join our team at both the Junior Foreman and Senior Foreman levels.

Whether you're an experienced Foreman capable of independently running an underground utility crew, or an experienced Lead Hand/Operator/Pipelayer ready to take the next step into a Foreman role, we'd like to hear from you.

Which Level Fits You?

Junior Foreman | $40–$47/hour

- Strong civil underground utility background
- Experience with water, sanitary and storm installations
- Lead Hand or previous crew leadership experience
- Able to read civil drawings and understand grades/elevations
- Ready to develop into independently running projects
- Comfortable directing a crew while continuing to work hands-on

Senior Foreman | $48–$55/hour

- Minimum 5 years of civil underground utility experience
- Proven experience independently leading underground utility crews
- Extensive knowledge of water, sanitary and storm systems
- Strong experience with mainlines, services, tie-ins and manholes
- Deep excavation, shoring and trench safety experience
- Able to plan and coordinate crews, equipment and materials




- Strong understanding of drawings, grades, testing, inspections and quality control
- Able to take ownership of the day-to-day operation and production of a site
- Eligible for $2,500 sign-on bonus*
