Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Site Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management, quality control, and supervising to ensure project success.

Duties:
- Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure projects are on track and within budget
- Implement and enforce safety protocols
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee work quality
- Manage project schedules and deadlines effectively

Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction estimating, budgeting, and management

- Experience in commercial interior renovations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics,



and construction documents
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes
- Excellent supervisory skills to lead in office teams effectively
