Our clients are currently seeking Entry-level Sales Representatives/Brand Ambassadors to join their team in Calgary, AB.

**Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Calgary, AB.

**Compensation

Guaranteed weekly pay + commission, with average weekly earnings of $700–$1,000, including per diem and performance incentives.

Schedule & Work Environment

- Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday
- Type 1 : Full-time
- Type 2: Part-time (at least 4 days a week, Monday to Friday)
- Setting: On-site (not remote)
- Must be able to commute to our Calgary office on the days you are scheduled to work
- Vehicle not required — travel to community sites is coordinated and covered by the team

**Responsibilities

- Conduct direct sales and donor acquisition campaigns on behalf of our client, not door to door
- Engage with potential customers and present services clearly and persuasively
- Split shift: half of the day in-office (meetings, training, preparation), half in the field (face-to-face sales, marketing activities, booths, malls, events, etc.. NOT DOOR TO DOOR)
- Memorize and deliver sales presentations effectively
- Handle objections with professionalism and resilience
- Meet individual and team sales goals




- Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships
- Participate in training and ongoing coaching sessions

**Qualifications

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Charismatic, confident, and approachable personality
- Ability to handle objections and close sales
- Coachable and eager to learn new skills
- Motivated by performance-based pay and career growth
- Previous direct sales, fundraising, or related experience is an asset, but not required
- **No vehicle required.
