We're looking for a full-time Floater to be the go-to person who keeps our clinical team moving — sterilization, room turnover, restocking, and back-office support that lets our doctors, hygienists, and assistants focus on patients instead of logistics.

What You'll Do

- Sterilize instruments and prep rooms between patients, so every chair is ready the moment it's needed
- Flip rooms quickly and thoroughly — this is one of the most significant jobs in the office, even if it's not the most visible
- Restock supplies so the clinical team never has to stop and hunt for what they need
- Support back-office operations wherever the day needs an extra pair of hands
- Work alongside our doctors, hygienists, assistants, and admin team as a true utility player — no two days look exactly the same
