Customer Service Representative – Nacora Insurance Brampton

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Brampton office.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

- Provide exceptional service to existing customers while also assisting new clients with their insurance needs.
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and inquiries efficiently.
- Educate clients on available coverage options and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Work in a self-motivated environment, maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills





- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in an insurance brokerage, focusing on personal lines.
- RIBO License (mandatory).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet retention goals.
- Experience with EPIC and Compu-Quote is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
