Service Technician - Commercial Appliances - Foodservice

We are adding a new technician to our team to help us keep up with high demand. You will handle daily service calls, fix problems efficiently, and work alongside a supportive team that sets you up for success.

What You'll Do

- Diagnose faults, repair, install & maintain espresso machines, tea brewers, coffee machines and other foodservice appliances and equipment at customer locations
- Provide on site service with a focus on the customers needs, which does not include any sales goals
- Use service app to record service call details with support from the office
- Communicate with team members throughout the day




- Work Monday to Friday plus participate in the on call rotation
- Additional opportunities for overtime, only if desired

What You'll Bring

- G2 gasfitter license, required or in progress
- Electrical Experience, required
- Appliance Repair Experience, an asset
- Plumbing Experience, an asset
- Good Communication Skills
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Positive and Professional Attitude
