Our client is an established restoration company serving communities across Canada and is seeking an experienced Water Restoration Technician for its Burnaby, BC team.

Pay: $26–$32/hour, based on experience
Location: Burnaby, BC
Schedule: Full time with on-call availability required

Responsibilities

- Assess and respond to water and fire damage projects.
- Perform emergency mitigation, cleaning, and structural drying.
- Complete moisture testing, mapping, and drying plans.
- Determine and arrange required equipment and materials.
- Coordinate and direct labourers and restoration technicians onsite.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and paperwork.
- Set up appropriate site protection and follow safety procedures.
- Organize equipment pickup, delivery, and returns.
- Collect asbestos samples and coordinate laboratory submissions when required.
- Provide onsite guidance and training to team members.




- Communicate professionally with customers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

- 2+ years of water damage/restoration experience.
- IICRC certification preferred/required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Positive, professional approach and ability to work well with a team.
- Valid BC driver’s licence and clean driving record.
- Clean criminal record.
- Available for on-call assignments and overtime.
