What You’ll Bring to the Team:

- Strong working knowledge of Tracker
- Confidence managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and communicating professionally with patients
- Experience with dental insurance claims and pre-authorizations
- Accounts receivable experience is an asset
- Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to confidently manage competing priorities
- A positive, collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to providing excellent patient care
