A Typical Day

- Outbound cold-calling business owners across Canada to uncover payment processing needs
- Qualifying prospects and scheduling booked meetings for Sales Closers




- Managing outreach and updating lead status using our CRM tool
- Collaborating daily with Sales Closers and reporting directly to the supportive Sales Manager
- Participating in daily team huddles focused on skill building and goal setting

Criteria

- Strong verbal communication skills in fluent English
- Comfortable speaking with business owners over the phone
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales software or CRMs
- High resilience, persistence, and a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work on-site during core business hours
