Immeubles Perfection Realty Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Service Technician to join our team.
This position involves general maintenance, repairs, and renovations of our residential apartments and commercial properties throughout the Greater Moncton area.
Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
- Complete basic carpentry, painting, drywall, and finishing work.
- Install and repair doors, windows, trim, and stairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain a protected and clean work environment.
- Follow company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, renovation, or building maintenance.
- Strong carpentry and general repair skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (English and French) candidates are preferred.
