Responsibilities:

-G driver license with clear abstract

- Drywall, plaster and painting
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Install, repair, and/or replace minor electrical or plumbing hardware
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with property managers and tenants to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy




- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
