Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate comprehensive investigations, ensuring all activities adhere to legal standards and organizational policies
- Conduct surveillance operations using advanced techniques to monitor subjects discreetly and effectively
- Collect, document, and analyze evidence with precision, maintaining detailed records for case files
- Utilize strong analysis skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and develop actionable insights
- Collaborate with legal teams, law enforcement agencies, or corporate clients to provide expert investigative support
- Oversee team members’ investigative efforts,



providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality results
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, methodologies, and recommendations for case closure or further action

Experience

- Proven background in law enforcement or private investigation with significant experience leading investigations
- Demonstrated expertise in surveillance operations across various environments and conditions
- Strong data collection skills with an ability to organize and analyze complex information efficiently
- Excellent analysis skills to evaluate evidence critically and develop strategic investigative plans
- Familiarity with legal protocols related to private investigations and evidence handling
- Leadership experience in managing investigation teams or projects is highly desirable
- Ability to operate discreetly while maintaining professionalism in sensitive situations
