Our client is an established automotive service and repair facility looking for an Automotive Mechanic to join their team. The successful candidate will diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of vehicles while providing quality service to customers.

Pay: $24–$40/hour, based on experience and qualifications
Position: Full-time

What You’ll Do

- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, computer, and electronic vehicle issues.
- Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and routine servicing.
- Repair or replace faulty components and address issues such as leaks.
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle problems.
- Recommend future maintenance and advise customers on proper vehicle care.
- Prepare accurate estimates for labour, parts, and repair timelines.
- Complete service records and documentation accurately.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding repairs, parts, and additional work required.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work workplace.

Qualifications





- Apprentice or Red Seal Automotive Technician certification.
- Previous automotive repair experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
- Good attention to detail and communication abilities.
- Customer-service focused with a professional attitude.
- Experience completing service documentation.
- Safety certifications such as First Aid, WHMIS, or Fall Arrest are an asset.
