Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Helper to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will assist skilled tradespeople in various construction activities, ensuring projects progress smoothly and efficiently. Your enthusiasm and willingness to learn will contribute to building high-quality structures and maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities

- Assist with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment under supervision to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and concrete finishing.
- Support carpentry tasks including cabinet installation, framing, and general woodwork.
- Prepare surfaces through sanding, caulking, painting, and drywall finishing to ensure quality finishes.
- Aid in masonry work, concrete forming, plumbing installations, electrical wiring, and welding tasks as needed.
- Operate heavy machinery safely for excavation, lifting,



or material transport in accordance with safety protocols.
- Assist with restoration projects and construction estimating activities to support project planning and execution.

Experience

- Prior experience in construction or related trades is preferred but not required; a solid willingness to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics enhances your ability to support various project phases.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy equipment operation is advantageous.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while following detailed instructions and safety guidelines.

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
