Responsibilities

- Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs, utilizing techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history and specific concerns, ensuring safe and effective treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports, in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment plans, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions to enhance their experience.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all treatment areas, adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.




- Stay informed about the latest massage therapy techniques and industry best practices through ongoing professional development.
- Foster a welcoming environment by demonstrating excellent customer service skills, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit.

Qualifications

- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or certification body in your region.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health histories.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively listen to clients’ needs and explain treatment procedures clearly.
- Proven customer service experience with the ability to create positive interactions that encourage repeat visits.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in therapeutic or clinical massage settings is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for ongoing learning is highly valued.
