The Position -
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse-Assembly Assistant & Delivery Driver to join our team in the Hamilton area.

This is a hybrid position with approximately 70% of the role focused on warehouse and dock operations and 30% focused on local/regional deliveries. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse environment, loading and unloading product, preparing orders, and safely operating a 26-foot straight truck for deliveries.

The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, safety-conscious, organized, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse and delivering products safely and professionally.

Work Schedule -

Full time (Monday to Friday [8am to 5pm]), plus additional weekly hours during peak shipping period (February-May; November-December)

Saturday work required during the peak shipping period (February-May; November-December)

30-minute lunch - unpaid; and 2 X 15-minute breaks each day - paid

Sample of responsibilities -

Warehouse & Dock Operations (Approximately 70%)

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

Receive, inspect, count, organize, and put away incoming shipments.

Pick, stage, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.

Move materials and products throughout the warehouse and dock area.

Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies or damaged goods.

Assist with general warehouse duties, including labeling, sorting, wrapping, and palletizing.

Follow proper workplace health and safety procedures.





Work cooperatively with warehouse and delivery team members to meet daily schedules.

Perform other warehouse and dock duties as required.

Delivery Driver (Approximately 30%)

Safely operate a 26-foot straight truck for pickups from the Toronto airport and deliveries to Mississauga (~1-2x weekly) and St. Catharines/Niagara regions (~3-4x weekly).

Verify orders, delivery documentation, and quantities.

Secure product properly before and during transportation.

Complete deliveries and pickups in a timely and professional manner.

Load and unload products at customer locations.

Perform routine vehicle safety checks and report any maintenance or mechanical concerns.

Follow all applicable traffic, transportation, and workplace safety regulations.

Maintain a clean and presentable delivery vehicle.

Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers regarding delivery schedules or issues.

Requirements -

Experience, 1 to 2 years, driving a 26-foot straight truck and operating other material moving equipment like a forklift.

Valid Ontario full G driver's license in good standing. CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.

Proficient in English, verbal and written.

Solid mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, etc.).

Strong problem-solving skills.

Adherence to all health and safety protocols.





Ability to meet physical demands of job – walking, stooping, standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), pushing, pulling, climbing stairs and ladders.

Highly organized and comfortable using Microsoft Office, Cloud-based applications and databases.

Personal transportation (location not serviced by public transport).

$21.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
