A growing organization in Toronto is hiring a Sales Assistant to join its in-person promotions team. In this role, you'll work directly with customers on retail floors, at pop-up stands, and at live events — introducing products, answering questions in real time, and helping people choose the right option on the spot.

This role suits someone with a background in hospitality, retail, customer service, or sales who is comfortable starting conversations with new people and thinks well on their feet.

About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will represent the brand directly to customers in retail spaces and at live promotional events. Rather than working from a fixed counter, you'll actively approach customers, introduce the product or service, and guide them toward the offer that fits their needs.

What You'll Do

- Approach customers in stores and at events, and start genuine conversations about the product or service
- Explain product features and benefits clearly and confidently, on the spot
- Identify what a customer actually needs and recommend the right option for them
- Set up and maintain promotional displays to brand standards
- Represent the brand professionally in all conditions, including slower days and busy events
- Work toward daily and weekly sales targets as part of a team
- Track customer interactions and sales activity accurately




- Take part in ongoing coaching and training to build product knowledge and sales skills
- Work with teammates and leadership to identify what resonates with customers and apply it going forward

What You'll Need

- Strong verbal communication skills and the confidence to start conversations with new people
- A genuinely positive, customer-first attitude
- Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service is an asset, but not required
- Comfortable working in person at retail locations and event sites
- Reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player
- Available to work full-time hours
