About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients. Tasks will include but not be limited to:

- Phone conversations with clients

- Writing copy for social media

- Filling in web page templates to display the appropriate information

- Responding to emails





- Setting up calendar invites for clients to attend meetings and events

- Connecting clients to the appropriate resources

- Answering questions for clients or connecting them with the appropriate team member to answer their questions
