About the Role
We are seeking high-level experts to join our team as Senior Accountants / Case Managers. This is a professional-focused role that does not require client-facing interactions or team management. We are looking for powerhouses who possess deep technical mastery in taxation, exceptional independent judgment, and a proven track record of managing and delivering complex cases accurately and autonomously.

Responsibilities

- Independent Review & Audit: Perform high-level technical reviews and final audits of complex T1 personal and T2 corporate tax returns to ensure 100% compliance and accuracy.
- Professional Judgment: Provide expert insights and independent professional opinions on complex tax scenarios and filing positions.
- Case Delivery: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned cases, ensuring all technical requirements are met from assessment to final completion.
- Deadline Management: Operate within a highly flexible work model, ensuring all deliverables are professionally completed and submitted before established deadlines.

Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience specifically in T1 and T2 tax preparation and filing within a Canadian context.




- Case Management History: Must have previous experience as a Case Manager, demonstrating the ability to oversee the progress and quality of files from start to finish.
- Technical Mastery: Deep, up-to-date knowledge of T1/T2 tax filings and Canadian tax regulations.
- Independent Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with strong independent case review and audit skills.
- Execution: Rich experience in case management and high-quality delivery; able to handle multiple high-stakes cases with precision.
- Time Management: Exceptional self-discipline and time management skills to thrive in a adaptable, results-oriented work environment.
