We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to join our furniture retail store.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their furniture and home furnishing requirements.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs, style, and budget.
- Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth.
- Develop new customer leads through phone calls, social media, online inquiries, and local marketing.
- Promote new products, offers, and seasonal sales campaigns.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Assist with social media promotions and basic digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the showroom,



delivery, and management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Requirements

- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Confident, friendly, and motivated personality.
- Ability to understand customer needs and close sales.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Good English communication skills.
- Weekend and retail-hour availability.

Pay: Up to $2,700.00 per month
