Duties

- Greet guests with a friendly, energetic attitude and assist with seating arrangements
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and clear communication to handle inquiries and reservations
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area to uphold high standards of hospitality
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously




- Support team members during busy hours to enhance overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred but not required
- Strong guest services skills with a positive, energetic demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and food service procedures
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory
