About the Role:

The Brick Associate,



Visual Merchandising plays a critical role in enhancing the in-store customer experience by creating visually appealing and strategically designed merchandise displays. This position is responsible for translating brand guidelines and marketing strategies into compelling visual presentations that drive sales and promote product awareness. The role requires collaboration with store management and marketing teams to ensure displays are timely, relevant, and aligned with promotional campaigns. The associate will regularly assess and refresh visual layouts to maintain a dynamic and engaging shopping environment. Ultimately, this position contributes to the overall success of the store by attracting customers and encouraging product interaction through effective visual storytelling.

Minimum Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail visual merchandising or a related field.
- Basic understanding of design principles and retail display techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education in visual merchandising, design, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency with visual merchandising software or design tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to lift and move merchandise and display materials as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Design, set up, and maintain attractive merchandise displays that align with brand standards and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with store management and marketing teams to plan and execute seasonal and promotional visual merchandising strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and product placement to ensure displays are well-stocked and visually balanced.
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess the effectiveness of visual presentations and make adjustments as needed.
- Train and support store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards to ensure consistency across all displays.
- Some lifting required upto 40lbs

Physical stamina and adaptability allow the associate to handle the physical demands of setting up displays and adjusting layouts in a dynamic retail environment.
