Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Services Manager - Automotive to lead our dealership’s finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through financing options, securing loan approvals, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of financial services within the automotive industry, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining compliance with industry standards. The Financial Services Manager will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.

We are looking for a top performer who can handle the volume and maintain a great level of guest satisfaction with above industry gross averages.

Responsibilities

- Develop and present tailored financing solutions to customers, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Collaborate with lenders and financial institutions to secure loan approvals and favorable terms.
- Lead the sales process for vehicle financing, extended warranties, and insurance products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and building long-term relationships.
- Negotiate terms with customers to close deals effectively while maintaining dealership policies.
- Ensure all financial documentation complies with legal standards and dealership policies.




- Train and mentor sales staff on financing options and procedures to improve overall team performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive finance industry trends, lender requirements, and regulatory changes.

Experience

- Proven experience in financial services within an automotive dealership or related environment.
- Strong dealership experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation to secure favorable terms for both the customer and dealership.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building trust and rapport.
- Successful track record in sales, particularly in selling finance products or related services.
- Solid understanding of math principles necessary for calculating payments, interest rates, and loan terms.
- Familiarity with automotive industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus. Pay: $100,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
