We are looking for an Inside Phone Sales Representative to join our team for the busy season.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make money quickly through sales without having to knock doors, drive around meeting customers, or cold call strangers.

The Role

This is a phone sales position. Your job is simple:

Lead → Phone Conversation → Quote → Close → Payment/Booking

You will be speaking with customers who have already expressed interest in our services. You will answer inbound leads, understand what the customer needs, provide pricing, overcome objections, follow up, and close the sale over the phone.

The position will most likely run until January, unless another opportunity becomes available within the company.

What You Will Be Doing

- Responding to warm inbound leads
- Calling customers who have requested information about our services
- Selling Christmas lighting and select exterior cleaning services
- Providing quotes over the phone
- Closing jobs over the phone
- Taking payments and booking jobs




- Following up with leads who have not yet purchased
- Occasionally calling past customers and existing leads
- Handling customer questions and helping customers choose the right service
- Working toward daily and weekly sales targets

This is a phone sales role. You will not be required to travel to customers or perform in-person sales appointments.

How Commission Works

You earn 5% commission on the revenue of the jobs you close, provided the job meets our required gross margin target.

If a job is refunded, no commission is paid on that job.

- Reliable and punctual

Previous sales experience is an asset, but we care more about your attitude, communication skills, and ability to sell.

Schedule & Work Location

Wednesday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Monday and Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday through Friday, you will work in our Elora office.

Saturday and Sunday can be worked from home, provided you have your own computer and the necessary technology to work remotely.

You must have a reliable computer, internet connection, and a suitable setup to handle phone sales and customer communications from home.
