As Store Manager, You’ll:

- Lead, mentor and motivate a team to provide exceptional customer service
- Hire, train, and coach team members with empathy and consistency
- Engage with the local community and promote educational events
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory
- Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment
- Partner with head office on marketing, product launches, and training
- Maintain compliance and uphold Imagine Cannabis brand standards

We’re Looking For:

- A retail leader with 2+ years of experience in customer-facing environments
- Someone who brings calm energy, clear communication, and natural leadership
- Cannabis knowledge and a desire to educate others
- Certified (or ready to be) and able to pass a criminal record check

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
