We are seeking a motivated, full time Sales Representative to work with warm inbound leads and guide dog owners toward the right training solutions for their needs.

Position Overview

This is a performance-based sales role focused on converting qualified inbound inquiries into enrollments for our structured dog training programs.

You will follow a proven sales process, conduct scheduled consultations by phone or Zoom, and help families make confident decisions about improving their dog’s behavior.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct scheduled sales consultations with warm inbound leads
- Present structured training programs and explain pricing and outcomes clearly
- Follow an established sales process and CRM workflow
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Compensation

- Commission-based compensation structure




- Consistent inbound lead volume provided
- Current full-time representatives typically earn between $120,000 – $180,000 annually, based on performance and close rate

Compensation is directly tied to sales results and performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Experience in commission-based or performance-based sales preferred
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Experience using CRM software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Interest in dogs, personal development, or helping families is an asset
