Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced full-time server to join our dynamic restaurant team. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently maintained in all food handling and preparation tasks
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly during busy periods,

Requirements

- Proven experience as a server in a restaurant or food service environment with full-time availability
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Familiarity with food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math for billing, tipping, and inventory purposes
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a quick-paced setting
- Previous restaurant experience within the food industry is highly preferred
