About the position

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team, working primarily Friday and Saturday nights.

As a Night Auditor, you will provide professional front desk service to our guests, process payments, assist with guest inquiries, and serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding hotel amenities, services, and the surrounding area. You will also be responsible for completing the nightly audit process and ensuring that all required reports and financial transactions are accurate and properly balanced.

The ideal candidate is a reliable, self-motivated individual who is comfortable working independently and can complete tasks accurately and on time. Previous night audit, front desk, or accounting experience is an asset.

About the job

- Complete the nightly audit process and ensure all postings, charges, and payment transactions are accurately balanced at the close of business.
- Review and reconcile daily financial transactions and complete required night audit reports.
- Verify reservations, process payments, assign rooms,



and assist guests with their needs.
- Provide skilled and courteous front desk service throughout the overnight shift.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries during the night.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Conduct regular overnight checks and help ensure the hotel remains safe and secure.
- Handle unexpected guest situations and operational issues appropriately, escalating matters when required.
- Work independently and ensure all nightly duties are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
