Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and execute a four events per month, ensuring seamless coordination from concept to completion
- Develop engaging social media content across multiple platforms to increase brand visibility and audience interaction
- Collaborate with team members to create innovative marketing campaigns that promote upcoming events and special offers
- Manage guest services during events, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional customer experience
- Upsell event packages or services to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Negotiate with vendors, venues, and partners to secure the best deals and ensure event success




- Monitor social media analytics to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Maintain detailed organizational records of event logistics, budgets, and social media content calendars

Requirements

- Proven experience in event planning, social media management, or hospitality roles such as restaurant or hotel experience
- Strong marketing skills with an understanding of digital platforms and content creation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests and collaborate with team members effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines
- Knowledge of guest services principles, hospitality standards, and customer service excellence
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and partners to achieve favorable outcomes
- Experience with budgeting, time management, and upselling techniques is highly desirable
- Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations will be considered an asset
