We’re a busy specialist practice in oral surgery, dental implants, and periodontics, and we’re looking for a full time Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This is a rewarding role for someone who loves connecting with patients and keeping a fast-paced office running smoothly.

What you’ll do:

- Be the friendly first point of contact for patients navigating their care

- Guide patients through treatment plans, financing, and scheduling

- Coordinate closely with our surgical and administrative team

- Manage follow-ups, consultations, and case presentations

What we’re looking for:

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Dental/medical office experience an asset (treatment coordination, front desk, or clinical background)

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, patient-centred environment
