Machine Operator – 4 Days On, 3 Days Off | Afternoon Shift

What You'll Be Doing

- Operating Atom Flashcut and waterjet cutting machines (full training provided)
- Performing part inspections and quality checks
- Packaging and labeling finished goods to customer specifications
- Checking documentation and materials prior to cutting
- Keeping your workspace clean and organized
- Communicating with teammates and flagging any issues to supervision
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials
- Following ACG safety standards and procedures

What We're Looking For

- Reliable and hardworking — this matters more to us than your resume




- Mechanical aptitude — you're the kind of person who likes figuring out how things work
- Able to read basic drawings and check dimensions (or willing to learn)
- Attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Self-directed — you don't need someone standing over your shoulder
- High school diploma or some manufacturing/industrial background preferred
- Forklift License is an asset
