Cholakis Dental Group is growing, and we’re looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team!

What makes this position a little different? You’ll have the opportunity to work with both kids and adults under one roof, while keeping your days focused. Rather than switching between patient populations throughout the day, each day is dedicated to either kids or adults.

For example, you may spend two days working with kids and three days with adults—or another combination that works with the needs of the practice and your preferred schedule.

We’re looking for someone who is positive, dependable, team-oriented and genuinely enjoys working with people. Experience is an asset, but the right attitude, willingness to learn and ability to be part of a great team matter more to us than years of experience. New grads are welcome to apply!

What You’ll Do

- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during exams, restorative procedures, extractions and other general dental procedures
- Help create a positive, comfortable experience for children, adults, and families
- Take dental radiographs while following radiation safety protocols
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments according to infection control standards
- Support efficient clinical flow through strong organization, communication and teamwork
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Help keep the clinical environment clean, organized and ready for the day
- Work collaboratively with dentists, hygienists, assistants and administrative team members

What We’re Looking For

- Registered Dental Assisting Certificate
- Previous dental assisting experience is an asset, but recent grads are welcome to apply
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Someone who is comfortable working with both children and adults




- A team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed
- Strong organization and the ability to stay calm and adaptable in a busy environment
- Professionalism and a genuine commitment to patient care

The Schedule

We offer flexibility in the number of days worked, with 4 or 5 day work weeks available.

The position is primarily daytime-based, but evening availability is required and hours may vary depending on provider schedules.

Your schedule will be structured so that each day is dedicated to either Kids Dental or adult general dentistry—no bouncing back and forth between kids and adults throughout the same day.
