Responsibilities

- Assist licensed physiotherapists in implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Support patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility activities, and daily functional tasks
- Prepare treatment areas and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready for use
- Monitor patient progress during therapy sessions and report observations to supervising physiotherapists
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment records




- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to support ongoing recovery at home
- Follow hospital protocols and medical terminology standards to ensure safe and effective care delivery

Qualifications

- Prior hospital experience or exposure to acute care environments is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practices
- Proven ability to provide attentive patient care with compassion and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and patients
- Ability to adapt quickly in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
