About Us

Cypress Vending is an established and growing Canadian vending machine company based in North Vancouver, providing vending equipment, technology, products, and service to customers throughout the region.

We are looking for a Customer & Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on position supporting customers and a range of day-to-day business operations.

Training will be provided on our equipment, software, systems, and processes.

The position will be part time to start, with the opportunity to remain part-time or grow into a full-time role depending on the candidate and the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

- Provide customer support by phone and email.
- Provide online and telephone technical support.
- Assist with customer onboarding and training.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment, software, and cloud-based system issues.
- Create and maintain customer support documents, guides, and internal procedures.
- Assist with shipping and receiving.
- Organize and manage parts inventory.
- Assist with orders, customer follow-up, and sales support.




- Assist with bookkeeping and administrative tasks as required.
- Support other areas of the business as needed.

- Experience working with AI programs and tools.
- Vending, retail, equipment, or related industries.
