Job Title: Couples Therapist

Reports To: Clinical Director

Status: Independent Contractor to see at least 5 clients per week in person

Compensation: Commensurate with experience and qualifications (range $80-83 per session)

We are currently seeking an independent contractor who has a Master’s Degree, is certified to practice psychotherapy with couples in the province of Ontario, has passed the Qualifying stage and is working toward Independent status. The successful candidate is expected to be a Christian who is actively living out their faith. The candidate must be able to work in full harmony with our vision, mission and “Statement of Faith”.

QUALIFICATIONS:

§ Master’s Degree in Counselling or Social Work, or other applicable Master’s degrees

§ Current full registration to practice as a psychotherapist in Ontario through CRPO or OCSWSSW, or other recognized professional college that has passed the Qualifying stage and working toward independent status.

§ At least 2-3 years of clinical experience as a psychotherapist

§ Clear demonstration of solid clinical skills working with couples

§ Specific couples training required

§ Clear demonstration of strong administrative stills (eg. invoicing, progress notes, scheduling)

§ Ability to see clients both in-person required

§ Current Vulnerable Sector Check

§ Team mindset

§ Capacity to integrate spirituality into psychotherapy
