Your multitasking abilities will help you manage cash handling, direct traffic, and sales support seamlessly.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and calculate customer's wash time.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions swiftly and securely.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods with precision and integrity.
- Upsell products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured items.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information or directing calls appropriately.




- Support inventory management through basic stock replenishment and product organization.
- Demonstrate solid communication skills, active listening, and time management to serve multiple customers efficiently.

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse customer base effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills are advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential for managing busy shifts.
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required; additional language skills are a bonus.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 34.0 per week
