Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere and address their needs promptly.
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift’s end.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.




- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience, especially in bartending or serving roles, is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating drink recipes accurately.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods.
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service environments is a plus; however, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are equally valued.

Pay: $15.35-$27.59 per hour
