Join our dynamic construction team as a Site Supervisor - Working, where you will lead on-site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

- Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work progresses according to plans and schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to verify work accuracy.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Implement strict safety protocols, conduct site safety meetings, and enforce OSHA regulations.




- Perform site activity works as directed by the PM.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a construction environment with a strong understanding of on-site operations.
- Extensive construction experience with knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating.
- Demonstrated ability to manage quality control processes and uphold safety standards on active sites.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
