We’re Hiring

Qualified shingled roofing subcontractor crews for:

- Full roof replacements
- Repairs & Skylights
- Re-roofs and tear-offs
- Custom Recent Builds
- Steep and standard pitch residential systems

What You’ll Do

- Install asphalt shingle roofing systems to Firon standards
- Handle tear-off, underlayment, ice & water, flashing, vents, ridge cap, and cleanup
- Work from clear scopes, measurements, photos, and work orders
- Coordinate smoothly with our production team on start dates and site readiness
- Keep job sites safe, tidy, and homeowner-friendly
- Deliver workmanship that minimizes call-backs

Must-Haves

- Established shingle crew with solid residential experience
- WSIB coverage + $2M liability insurance
- Own tools, truck(s), ladders, safety gear
- Ability to complete jobs on schedule with high-quality finishing
- Strong detail work on flashing, skylights, valleys, vents, and drip edge
- Professional appearance




- Dedicated foreman who communicates clearly

Nice-to-Haves

- Photos/portfolio of recent shingle work
- Experience with ventilation best practices and problem-solving

Pay Structure

Competitive per-square / per-job rates, based on roof size, pitch, access, and complexity.
We pay fairly for professional work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $5,000.00-$20,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
