Due to its growth and diversification, Groupe Dion is seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join its administrative team as an Accounting Technician.
What you'll be doing
- Assist with monthly accounting for the group’s companies as needed
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Record accounting entries
- Prepare various accounting reports
- Process government remittances for different companies
- Prepare year-end files for various companies
- Carry out diversified accounting tasks
- Perform any other related duties
What we're looking for
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the full accounting cycle
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Solid organizational skills and autonomy
- College diploma (DEC) in accounting or financial management
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in spoken and written English (asset)
- Proficiency with Avantage software (asset)
