Help our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you: Plan, organize and facilitate train events (PI Planning, synchronizations, retrospectives and committees) to ensure the achievement of objectives and compliance with Lean-Agile principles.

Implement and evolve train governance, including rituals, coordination mechanisms, management tools and collaborative planning activities.

Support managers and teams in product backlog management, capacity planning, goal tracking, and team engagement.

Monitor progress, dependencies, risks and issues, and coordinate the actions required to maintain train velocity.

Present to management the issues, trade-offs and recommendations in order to support decision-making and the adjustment of priorities.

Optimize train performance and value stream using metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement practices.

Coach managers, Scrum Masters and teams in the adoption of Lean-Agile practices and the development of their agile maturity.

Lead continuous improvement activities and contribute to the creation, launch or evolution of agile trains.The profile we are looking for is as follows: Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in information technology, including at least three (3) years as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Release Train Engineer (RTE).

Significant experience in at least three (3) large-scale mandates as an RTE, Agile Coach or Scrum Master.

Participation in major IT projects, including at least one completed in the last two (2) years.





Demonstrated experience in collaborative planning (PI Planning), including organizing, facilitating, and monitoring engagements.

Proven ability to support managers in managing product backlogs, improving predictability and achieving objectives.

Mastery of Lean-Agile practices at scale as well as value stream optimization.

Experience with Azure DevOps and preparing or facilitating training related to agile practices.

SAFe 6.0 certification required.

SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification, an asset.
