- Warmly greet and assist residents and visitors
- Respond to inquiries with exact information
- Manage phone calls and messages, redirecting as needed
- Conduct basic accounting tasks as required
- Uphold resident file systems and handle administrative duties Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
