Become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with SOURCES, shaping futures in the Prince George area. This role is centered around developing and implementing impactful behavior support plans.

As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a vital role in the lives of individuals and families, offering tailored, evidence-based support. Your responsibilities include assessment, intervention plan development, and collaboration with caregivers to ensure effective strategies are employed. You will also ensure adherence to SOURCES’ standards and maintain a positive network within the community.

Key Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct client intake assessments • Develop evidence-based intervention plans • Travel to various communities for service delivery • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams for client success • Document and review casework regularly

Requirements: • Valid BCBA Certification or in process • 2 years’ relevant experience in assessment • Master’s degree in a related field • Class 5 driver’s license • Excellent communication and advocacy skills
