In this dynamic role, you will take charge of the Leadership Giving team at Breakthrough T1D, driving efforts to cultivate and manage significant donor contributions.

Your responsibilities include developing strategies to deepen engagement with existing donors and attract new ones. Collaborate with major gift professionals to ensure effective fundraising outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Support volunteer leaders in expanding networks
- Manage disciplined donor moves management processes Requirements:
- 7+ years in progressive fundraising leadership
- Bilingual with proficiency in French and English
- Experience in major gift fundraising
- Robust ability to build consensus in complex environments
