The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of IT experience and knowledge in IT service management. You’ll engage with users across various businesses like FYidoctors and BonLook, providing first-level support and documentation to enhance service quality. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level IT support for all business units
- Respond to requests via phone, email, or online forms
- Identify and diagnose application and hardware issues
- Document incident details in our Service Desk Plus system
- Escalate unresolved incidents to Technical Support Requirements:
- 1-2 years of IT service experience
- Familiarity with Windows 11, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- ITIL Foundations certification is a plus
