Role Overview The Member Engagement Business Analyst investigates the member experience to uncover business issues and drive improvements.

The role becomes a subject matter expert on the business environment and optimizes performance through data-driven insights.

The position is an existing vacancy.

Exploration and Business Insight

- Conduct investigations and in-depth research to understand current business issues and challenges.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, anomalies, and areas of concern.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and systems.
- Document and communicate findings to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Develop and maintain reports tracking ongoing performance metrics and KPIs.
- Analyze digital member experience performance to identify breakages and inefficiencies.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize business performance and enhance digital strategies.
- Work with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting.

Required Qualifications

- Three to five or more years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting complex data sets.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or an equivalent analytics tool.




- University degree and experience with digital health businesses, services, platforms, or assets.
- Ability to gather, structure, and present data analysis with data science teams to derive actionable results.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, financial acumen, business orientation, and influencing skills.
- Adaptability, flexibility, self-motivation, ownership of deliverables, and ability to manage competing priorities.

Working Arrangement
- The working arrangement is hybrid.

Salary Information
- The stated salary range is CAD 73,725.00 to CAD 122,875.00.
- Employees may participate in incentive programs with compensation tied to business and individual performance.
