As a Building Cleaner with Alliance Maintenance, you’ll focus on the cleanliness and presentation of both indoor and outdoor areas across Metro Vancouver. This full-time position runs from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, where you will keep high-traffic zones spotless and compliant with sanitation standards.

Your attention to detail will play a crucial role in the team's success and upkeep of the properties we serve. Key Responsibilities:

- Clean lobby, stairways, and hallways thoroughly
- Vacuum and mop carpeted and tiled areas




- Sanitize washrooms, gyms, and amenity rooms
- Conduct exterior walk-throughs and litter pick-up
