Role Description The Business Analyst (part-time, remote) will work with internal teams and clients to understand business needs, analyze processes, and recommend data-backed improvements. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping current and future business processes, and identifying opportunities to enhance the use of Gohighlevel.pk’s platform. The role involves analyzing performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting stakeholders in prioritizing solutions.

The Business

Analyst will collaborate with product, operations, and client success teams to ensure that proposed changes are feasible, aligned with business goals, and clearly communicated.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Analysis.




- Candidates should possess explicit and effective Communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Business Process mapping and improvement.
- Candidates should possess the ability to define, document, and manage Business Requirements.
- Relevant skills such as proficiency with spreadsheets and analytics tools, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving.
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital marketing environments is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage part-time hours effectively.
